The daisy chain has been a familiar piece of kit to climbers for a long time, but the classic construction always meant that you could only use it as a sling if you used the very end loops - not great for setting up belays and dangerous if you clipped into one of the other loops by mistake.This Grivel Daisy Chain takes a new approach. By joining individual mini-slings of dyneema they have created a chain that is strong in every loop, so you can clip in wherever you like and get the same level of dynamic load protection. Being able to clip anywhere along the length also makes it easy to modify your position without risking unclipping or having slack in the belay.
A simple yet ingenious design that combines the strength of a sling with the versatility of a daisy chain, solving a potentially dangerous problem for cramped belays or inexperienced belayers.

Great Personal Safety.
This is the best personal safety I've used or seen. Very light and thin bit at the sometime it feel very strong. The length is perfect for me as well(5"10). Be mindfull that only very small carabiners fit into the end. Think Grivel made it specifically for their Alpha carabiner. Other small carabiners can fit with a little extra pushing.

Bought primarily to anchor to the ground for belaying heavier climbers in the gym (does a great job of this) but I can see plenty of practical uses for this.
The feature that drew me to this was the versatility and adjustability whilst maintaining strength on each loop.
It folds up nice and small (by hooking each loop onto a carabiner).
The only catch is the carabiner end is rather small, many of my Grivel carabiners wouldn't fit into it, nor my Black Diamonds. The only one I owned that fit was a DMM shadow, and even that was a pretty tight squeeze!
