Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Brilliant Fit
Not many walking trousers fit me, but these have been brilliant as they are looser than many. They feel amazingly light and premium, while the reinforced areas seem secure.

I have bought a couple of rab pairs from go outdoors now, and they have all been faulty! This pair all the stitching was all over, and another pair have melted! Save your money and don't buy!!!

Fit is slightly looser than Montane Terra (MT), both on the leg and the waist. Rab feels lighter and less stiff
Comfy on walks over 4 miles, but can feel slightly warm on hot days. Not a deal breaker
Comfortable fit. Zipper side vents surprisingly effective. Only negative is that pockets are a bit small.
