Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.
The shoes are not waterproof, I used them several times for walks in the park and they fell apart.
On the first day of wearing these, I walked the dog just on pavements and through one field of short grass. The front half of both of my feet were soaking wet. Poor.
Very impressed to start with. Lightweight, waterproof and good grip. However, have literally fallen apart after just over a year's moderate use. Expected more from Merrell.
Use these mostly for walking the dogs. Used in wet weather without issue. The sole did start to peel slightly in a couple of places - quickly solved with glue. V. comfy. Good purchase + recommend
Merrell used to make a quality shoe, these are light and comfy but the so called gore tex must have come from the local pound shop
