Ingredients
  • 1 Medium egg
  • 1 handful of grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 mini tortilla wrap
Equipment
  • Single Burner Stove
  • Knife
  • Frying Pan
  • Wooden Spoon/Spatula

Method

Cook the Egg and Cheese
Heat a small frying pan and crack the egg into it. Add a handful of grated cheese and mix using a spatula to combine with the egg.

Add Tortilla
Swirl the pan to spread the egg mixture evenly. Before the egg is fully cooked, place a mini tortilla wrap on top and gently press it down to stick to the omelette.

Cook Both Sides
Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the egg and cheese are golden. Flip the entire omelette quesadilla to crisp the other side, or keep it soft if you plan to roll it for easy eating.

Serve
Slice into wedges and serve with vegetables, salsa, or chili for dipping.
