The Shires Brass Alloy Training Bit is an effective Loose Ring Snaffle for horses who like to lean on the rein, and riders looking for less restricted mouthpiece.
The Training bit is double-jointed bit that focuses pressure on the tongue and bars of the mouth, while negating nutcracker and palate action found on a single jointed bit. The Loose Ring design provides a little more flexibility than a full cheek bit, and prevents your horse grabbing the bit itself. The Training bit is built from a copper and brass alloy for a warmer, more durable feel in the horse’s mouth.
