Description
SPD refers to ‘Shiamno Pedalling Dynamics’ and refers to shoes and pedals that lock on to each other with cleats, allowing more grip and dynamic foot movements than with a standard shoe.
The MT42 SPD clip on using cleats and are designed for biking rather than road riding, with the rubber sole of the MT42 allowing you to walk short distances in your SPD shoes.
Air ventilation points ensure a dry foot, even on uphill rides, whilst the fibreglass reinforced nylon plate provides stability and support for the resistance of the shoe, ensuring they don't slip or slide as you ride.
The MT Series are designed to be used either off-road , or on hard pavements.
The MT42 have an EVA midsole with dual compound rubber sole which enhances pedaling efficiency and comfortable walking.
Made with a secure hook & loop and lace closure for a snug comfortable fit and a volume+ last for a more accommodating toe box, the MT42 are supremely comfortable for any rider.
The MT42 also benefit from an easily removable sole plate which makes cleat installation simple, meaning that the Shimano MT42 are a great choice for any new cyclist.

Order by 5pm. Delivered by Evri or DPD between 8am and 8pm Monday-Sunday, excluding Bank Holidays. Cannot be offered in the following areas, and will be attempted within 48 hours: BT (all Northern Ireland), GY, IM, JE, KW11-17, HS, PH32-35, ZE.
Certain items such as bikes do not qualify for next delivery. In these cases Next Day Delivery will not be available in the checkout.

Select a store, and if your items are available in that store then you can pay now and collect the same day. If the item is not available in-store, we will deliver them to the store from our warehouse in 3-5 days.
You will be notified when your order is ready to collect. Please do not travel to store until you have been notified. Orders will be kept in store for 14 days before being cancelled.
