Not only do you get all the functionality of a standard tube belay device but also the Reverso mode with its assisted breaking and the ability to belay two seconds simultaneously.
In standard mode optional breaking assistance is provided by Petzl's ARC (Adaptive Rope Control) technology. Engage ARC for extra holding power by simply running the dead rope through the V slots. For smoother paying out, lowering or abseiling flip the device around and bypass the ARC system.
