In place of adjustable toggles, the Phantom Pull-on has a low-volume hood with an ultralight stiffened peak and an elasticated face, as well as part elasticated hem and cuffs to keep the wind out and fit neatly over a GPS watch.

The refined Phantom Pull-On shell uses waterproof, 2.5-layer, 7D Pertex® Shield fabric with ultralight taped seams. Packing down into a puck-shaped stuff sack it offers handy in-pocket packability.
