The low wattage usage (1000w) means that it is safe to use in camp sites throughout the UK and Europe.
The variable temperature control gives you complete control over your hot plate - once the heat has been set on the control, the hot plate will maintain the same temperature automatically. The light on the hot plate will go out when your desired temperature has been attained.
Automatic overheat cut off ensures that it does not overheat and an operating light shows when it is on.
