3:5 - The suit has 3mm thick neoprene in the top half of the suit and 5mm in the legs. It's ideal for swimmers with slinky legs, those who swim faster/easier with a Pull Buoy, or if you're looking at swimming a longer distance and need to save your energy for the bike section.

It uses the most flexible lining material available, combined with thinner and more flexible outer smooth skin. The Neoprene's flexibility, thickness and stretch combination is unmatched in the industry.
