Perfect for backpackers, this meal is quick and easy to make (just add boiling water!) and it won't take up much room in your pack.
Chicken Curry - rice dish with chicken cubes, green beans, bell pepper and pineapple cubes in a spicy curry cream sauce.
Ingredients: 57% rice, milk powder, coconut oil, 6% chicken (chicken, mashed potatoes, salt, acidulant (rosemary extract)), 6% pineapple sweetened (pineapple, sugar, preservative (E220), acidulant (citric acid)), potato starch, 5% green beans, palm oil, broth (soy protein, salt, glucose syrup, sunflower oil), onion, 3% bell pepper, 0.52% curry (turmeric, coriander, pepper, cumin, fenugreek, cayenne, lovage, celery, dill), 0.05% cayenne
