What is the Osprey All Mighty Guarantee?

Osprey believes a great pack shouldn’t be disposable. That’s why its 30 Year All Mighty Guarantee is designed to help keep Osprey packs in use for longer. 

From something snapped to the unexpected, Osprey assesses each claim individually and works to repair packs wherever possible or replace them free of charge, helping you get back to the adventures they love. 

Keeping outdoor gear in use for longer means getting more adventures out of the kit you already own. By supporting the repair and continued use of its packs, Osprey's 30 Year All Mighty Guarantee helps give your gear a longer life.

How do I make a claim?

If you experience an issue with your Osprey pack that you believe may be covered by the All Mighty Guarantee, the process is simple:

  1. Visit Osprey Customer Support
    Head to Osprey's All Mighty Guarantee page.
  2. Submit your details
    Follow Osprey's instructions and provide the information required about your pack and the issue.
  3. Osprey will assess your claim
    Their team will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
  4. Repair or resolution
    Where your claim is eligible, Osprey will determine the appropriate solution in line with the terms of the guarantee.

All guarantee claims are handled directly by Osprey. 
You don't need to return your pack to a GO Outdoors store to start an All Mighty Guarantee claim.
