Wicked bike love it
Bought from Chesterfield Go Outdoors, the guy I bought it off was very helpful, I’ve had the bike for about 8 weeks and done around 300 trouble free miles uphill and down dale, great piece of kit!
I got this mountain bike , my first new bike for years ,Ryan served me , advised me very well , customer service fantastic, we’ve now brought 3 bikes from the Bedford store , good place to buy locally
The major gripe is the rear wheel is NOT quick release which I have on my other Calibre bike. It will be a pain if you get a puncture.
Apart from that it seems OK but time will tell.
had bike year now, mainly track, on & off road, some slight grads', seat is killer, 25ml.bike, backside needing therapy,[lol]. handle bars too wide, grs only good enough through mid sec' of each cog,
My second bike after deciding to ditch the car & bike everywhere, I’ve had it 2 months and done 650 miles on it & spent twice the original purchase price on repairing it, great brakes though, thats it
Chain taps on frame and it's pretty good
Love this bike will need a tweek but thats standard when new
Hi my brother has one of these bikes and it is a great all around mountain bike with excellent specs and very tough and very good value for money for what you get in return , I am getting one asap
This is my first MTB, although the brakes and brake levers are different to the ones in the photo, its a great bike it shifts gears well front and back. My back inner tube wasn't put in properly causing it to go flat on my first ride in the fields(but that's due to the member of staff who assembled it) and wires are a little to long which can be annoying at times but all in all its a great bike I've had it for just about 1 month and the brakes are great no other problems. So i would recommend this!
First proper MTB so I wont go on about stuff I don't know but it has been a great bike so far. Bought from kidderminster store where the sales bloke was more than helpful and after looking at a number of bikes I settle on this. I've used for plodding down to work and around country lanes ect with the mrs as well as cannock chase and it hasn't let me down on either! Nice and comfortable to ride around town but also can take a beating off road! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the chain very easily hits the swing arm framing when bouncing around off road which I know is common but looks a mess with the matte black paint job. So if you do buy it and this would annoy you buy a chain stay protector before you go and bully it
i purchased this bike a few weeks ago with the intention to use it for the commute to work (20 mile a day). such good value for money!! Its comfortable, it looks good, its an overall good ride. would definitely recommend
Went to Milton Keynes Go Outdoors to look for x2 mountain bikes. Looked at a lot of options but settled on this bike after having a really good chat with the bike specialist Mike who pointed out the pro’s and con’s to a variety of bikes that took my fancy.
This one has to be by far the best option because I wanted something rugged enough to use off-road but also suitable for trails and country park tracks. At this price point as well the specification of this bike wiped the floor with other competitors.
Things I like about this bike having been out on it several times are:
1. Disk and hydraulic brakes
2. Fantastic suspension
3.Lightweight and extremely durable
4.Great overall look
Having been out now several times on it in both sunny and wet weather it handles well and is responsive. The ease of riding is top dollar and the bike handles all terrains extreamly well. I’ve had no issues with this purchase and the after support from the bike guys in store has been second to none!
Had it for a week and the breaks sudenly stop on a turn fall of and the paints all chiped very Matt would look at a different bike now
Brilliant, no problems at all. Solid bike and so light. Gears easy to use. Disc brakes perfect stopping power. Would recommend. Glad to see still available.
Bought in the sale so made this bike a particularly good purchase. Smooth gear change and great added luxury of disc brakes. Bought for my preteen son and he’s thrilled with it. Tested over Cannock Chase on several occasions and seems to be rising to the challenge. Great purchase and one happy customer
The bike was good to start with however the deraillier hanger snapped and took 3 weeks to be repaired. Next the chain snapped and they won't do anything about it. Awful
Bought the bike for just general rides. Nothing taxing. It through its chain every time I tried to change gear. Took it back to shop but it still does it.
Now there is a clunk when ever there is a bit of pressure applied to the peddles. It is impossible to ride as you cannot get a rhythm going.
I have arranged to take it back again. BUT they say it will be probably cost me.
How can a bike which is less than 6 months old and only used occasionally when home. Fall to bits?
Would not recommend.
Excellent bike, bought while on sale,so great value for money with great gearing mechanism and top features such as disc brakes.
Great bike for the money
