Applied with a garden weed sprayer and wiped in with microfiber cloth. Absolutely poured down when away. But not a single leak Well pleased with result keep of bare shin when applying It is a irritant

Maybe notamy good for canvas as the tent leaked in patches after applying the product. Told afterwards it’s not for use on canvas!

It easy to use and covers very well

You’ve bought your gear and you want it to last, well this stuff is excellent. Easy to apply, works like it says on the tin. Amazingly quick to dry and immediately sets to work. Definitely worth the money

Bought a spray can of Fabsil. Money down the drain. Sprayed, no difference at all. Soaked the jacket with the remainder of the can, Just as useless. Did it again, using liquid Fabsil from Go Outdoors applied with a brush. Worked a treat.
THE AEROSOL DOESN'T WORK. Must be some sort of carrier fluid in the aerosol can.

This product was easy to apply, we used a stay and foam pad. It dried quickly.
It took two 5litre tins to do a 5 metre Bell Tent.
It has not rained since applying it so I cannot comment on its effectiveness.

This product is easy to apply dries quickly and does exactly what it says on the tin. Very effective and highly recommended!

All that needs saying about this product is "it does what it says on the tin " don't use anything else if you've tried anything else now try the be !!

I have a Hi Gear Voyager 6, was out the weekend and there was a massive storm on Saturday night sunday morning. 40 mph winds, Tent was great I was warm and dry, a bit nosy to sleep but managed some sleep. So decided to apply a water proofer so bought this and applied with a pump spray bottle and a cloth. put the tent up, spray the roof and the high panels then as it runs down wipe around with the micro fibre cloth. 6 man tent took 30 minutes to do and then dried very quick and packed up. I am going camping in two weeks again and await the rain to see how the product stands up to September rain but must say looks good at the moment. Easier to take with you on the first camping trip of the years and apply once tent up as easier when tent up and pegged out but you do need something to stand on for the roof sections.

This product is exactly what it says on the tin - FAB.
We bought a Vango Airbeam package from ebay, which is in excellent condition. However after a torrential pore down on Sunday night it became apparent it may have not been treated in a while as we was watching the rain dripping in from the beam seams. Drove up to the stockton outlet the following morning and purchased the silicone based treatment. Took advise from a previous review to apply the solution with a paint pad and must say it made the process a whole lot easier and less time consuming.
Now fully waterproof as the weather tested the following day.

Waterproofed our 15 year old Cabanan tent. Pitched then it rained. Tent didn't leak. Great stuff, would fully recommend it.

Great product,but go outdoors wants to stop saying its odourless it stinks for a good few hrs

Just treated my 6 year old Sunncamp Vario as it was leaking during prolonged rain. Really easy to apply, I used a brush as it was a bit too breezy for a sprayer - took quite a while as it's quite a big tent, but well worth the time spent.

Left the tent up the day after treatment as there was rain forecast - What a difference!

Absolutely bone dry inside & you could literally see the rainwater running off the fabric. Ready to face whatever the British Summer has left to throw at us.

Would recommend this to anyone.

Got given an old trailer tent which hadn't been used in years, so to be on the safe side I used this stuff and water just beads up and or rolls off. Seems to work very well.

Absolutely brilliant.
Have purchased loads of this over the last few years now.
Not only does it keep my tent proofed it is also brilliant on the sail bag and sail covers of my parents yacht.
Has restored the original colour to our old tent and is without sought the best thing on the market for its price that will re waterproof and treat the tent and other bits.

Used this on my 4 year old tent .made it through a very wet weekend in the Scottish highlands and tent is very dry inside.

Used this to reproof our Corado 8 tent last summer. Used a pressure sprayer over the entire tent and then again paying attention to the seams. Left it to dry in the sun. Pitched the tent for a week and when it rained quite badly in fact it just rolled off. Recommend it to anyone.
