Bought one for ourselves previously. Friend who walks most weekend was 60 and so we decided to buy him the First Aid Kit. It's light weight and has all the bits you need if you have a problem while out walking. Ideal present for those who like the outdoors. You can get alternatives at Go Outdoors.
