Arming you with insights, the Forerunner® 955 Solar provides comprehensive health data such as heart rate, calories, sleep and stress as well as useful summaries like the morning report which provides a overview of your sleep, recovery and training outlook.
The watch also comes with built-in coloured maps with turn-by-turn navigation and round trip routing which automatically plots a route back to your start point along the same route you travelled out in.
A collection of activity profiles ensure the Forerunner® 955 Solar can adapt to any training regime, including a dedicated triathlon feature that combines profiles for running, swimming and cycling. It helps to plan your strategy with daily suggested workouts and syncs up with Garmin IQ, Garmin Connect and other platforms like Strava and Komoot so every run is tracked as you want it to be.
