When it's cold, these moisture vapours will condense inside the fibre, giving off heat and keeping you nice and warm.

Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.
Bought this top as the weather is changing. First time trying it on and it is very itchy and pretty short. ideally I would of like it to be longer so I can tuck it into my trousers.
