Pretty Good
Went out in a storm with heavy continuous rain and 54mph winds and stood up to it very very well. No inlet of rain. Extremely heavy condensation though, but that's to be expected. Well designed

Absurdly heavy
V heavy for a 'lightweight' shelter. More small single skin tent than a bivvy bag. You can get something half the weight or less for the same price. OK if transitioning from tents if you get it cheap.

Great shelter from the elements and quick and easy to put up
Bike-packing the Ridgeway late September.
Storm brewing,set up no experience in 5 mins,rain and wind were biblical but stood up well,waterproof from outside,moderate condensation after 8 hours inside.

OEX Salamanda bivi bag.
Spent 3 nights in heavy rain. Hooped bivi bags are are well known for condensation, this is not the exception.However after seam ceiling was 100%waterproof.Place 0EX Bush bivi inside for best results

Very well made, as a result not the lightest,but has the advantage of being able to set up on a small/uneven pitch, material blocks sunlight very well,overall is very good as a luxury Bivy, not a tent
