Only had these a year, and they have split after light use. Don’t buy
Bought these shoes 6 months or so ago liked the look and the quality of the leather but like the other reviews they have split on the stitching by my little toe exposing the lining.
Shoes are comfortable and look well made. No issue with sole after 1 year of wear . Big problem is stitching around toe area. Split with no way of repair. Leather does not seem to be overlapped. Poor
Bought these shoes from Go outdoors about 18 months ago they are a nice wide fitting and very comfortable and waterproof, but recently the stitching has worn away near the toe caps
Waterproof-ish, breathable?? In less than a year the sole of the shoe is worn through so no black rubber or grip in places . Would post pic if poss on this forum. Definitely won't buy another pair
The worst product I think I have Ever brought. Stay well away from this company. The shoe split in half after one month of wear. Absolutely disgraceful.
TO BE CLEAR, THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCT IS RUBBISH.
The shoes look a good buy but after a few months of wear the stitching deteriorated and the soles quickly became worn, similar to other purchasers experience.
Made from real leather, comfortable, and waterproof, like them so much bought a second pair, would advise using a good shoe wax (dubbin) on these to keep them waterproof and prevent leather cracking.
These are a year old now. I'm heavy set and don't shy away from muddy, woodland trails. Lasted well, heel upper has stayed intact and leather and stitching is good all round. Soles not the best though
felt comfy to start with and started out promising. after 5months of taking dog walking through Peter Storm's nemesis (slightly damp tall grass) the stitching has come apart on both shoes. very poor
Bought in Sep 2022, for ~18 months they have been comfortable and keep my feet dry, but now the sole at the heel has no rubber left and is through to the foam. Poor quality and I barely walk 4000 s/d
Seemed good. Certainly comfortable. But too much stitching using poor quality thread that quickly split. Happened on two pairs. Peter Storm really need to look at this issue. Shame.
Purchased these shoes after being told they were waterproof. Perhaps initially they were but the stitching failure soon put an end to that. The leather has become worn and unserviceable.
i mean they had a waterproof piece of metal on them. i guess the piece of metal is waterproof. 25mins walk in wet long grass and wet toes. to be honest this is pretty shoddy. peter drizzle!
I can't speak to the longevity of these shoes, however what I will say is that so far I am very impressed by them, especially at this price point. Good level of comfort and appear well put together.
I’m on my second pair of these shoes and both have split on the seams.
Comfortable but not ultimately not fit for purpose.
Haven't got these shoes that long. Seam starting to go at bend of the shoe and sole has worn very quickly. They should not be selling these as they don't last.
Very poor. I wore them indoors for a while, really, as slippers ahead of wearing them outside but the toe seam split on one. I'm surprised they are still for sale after all these reviews.
Bought in Oct 22, used every day for dog walks since then plus twice weekly walking group walks. Max 500 miles use until March 23. Stitching coming apart, won't last much longer
Love these shoes, and I did get a year out of them, however they have a fault, there is a split in the stitching by the little toe, as mentioned by others. If for that, I would give them 5 stars.
