Thermal is rubbish

Very disappointed, below expected standard.
Doesn't insulate very well at all, can actually feel the outside is warm as soon as it's filled. Last a couple of hours at best.
Not very robust, dropped it once and it smashed the plastic end cap.

Excellent value for money
Good capacity, well made and ideal for sharing. We will.be using it for our caravan holidays, ideal for travelling. Very well priced.

The thermal insulation is not fit for purposes! It doesn’t keep even hot tea warm for 1 hour ! After the first cup of tea it quickly cools down like it was in a normal cup but left out side
