Bought one of these today for some extra storage space and whilst it says 3 mins to set up, after 2 and a half hours struggling with the mind boggling poles and sheet I eventually gave up trying.

Drove for 1 hour to purchase this then drove 1 hour home to find pole had split down middle. This is total rubbish. I’m going off this store fast. Just appears they are selling total rubbish product.

The canvas is well made and the tent is spacious. However, the original I bought and subsequent replacement have had the same issue whereby the poles have split, leading to fibreglass splinters.

Bought this almost 12 months before using it. Got it out to use last week and BOTH poles snapped leaving minute shards of fibreglass in our hands!
Obviously unusable. Very frustrating!!!

Only used twice one day last season and when putting up the second time the pole split. Can find any information on a replacement pole.

Used this 3 times and on the 3rd time the poles split at the top. They are not covered under warranty. Very disappointed in the product and Go Outdoors customer service. Save your money do not buy it

Have had the tent under one year, used it 3 times & on the 3rd time of using it 2 poles at the top where it bends started to split, you could hear it & see it split in front of your eyes.

I know it's tempting but honestly you're just throwing your money away.
It might last 2 or 3 uses before the poles start to split. Apparently this is acceptable and not the problem of Go Outdoors.

Replaced 1st tent after zip jammed on 1st use and crawled into tent the rest of the w/e
2nd tent used on two trips and now a fibre pole has split length ways. Top poles are under much stress

Good size utility tent and for the first few times used was vey pleased. However the poles have started splitting length ways. When the first one split I thought just unlucky but now 3 have split.

A good tent for toilet, plenty of room inside.
Guides had a lovely time last night putting them up.
Just needed to be reminded that they needed t be careful with the zip.

Nice product. But was damaged, so had to return it. No replacement in stock.

Well made tent, sturdy and easy to erect

This is bigger than expected, in a good way. Very easy to erect and pack away, well made and the addition of removable shelves for toilet roll etc is a great addition plus loop on the top for a light.
