With a semi-geodesic construction and tension straps, the Berghaus Cheviot 2 is a sturdy tent, making it ideal in adverse weather conditions. Featuring a multi-way zip door and a tub style bedroom the tent is practical and efficient, comfortably sleeping two. Despite being lightweight, the Berghaus Cheviot 2 is extremely robust thanks to its semi-geodesic alloy pole construction. It has a fully waterproof flysheet too so it’ll easily withstand adverse weather conditions.

Berghaus Cheviot 2 is a 3 Season for me.
Used this tent all summer for D of E Expeditions in official campsites-practical and comfortable.
Very impressed with its robust handling of high winds and driving rain in recent poor autumn weather.
First time out and the tent ripped
In a forest, not even close to a windy peak, used it once only to find out in the morning that on the side of the tent, it got a rupture, about 3-4 cm, exactly where one of the pegs is. First time !

Easy to put asssmble. Tested in storm weather and its a great little tent no leaks and doesnt blow away

Easy to erect on my own in strong wind. I'm 6'2" and had plenty of room with pack in bedroom. Tent was solid, quiet and dry in 70mph gusts + heavy persistent rain. Condensation on inside of outer tent
