The pillow is warm to sleep on in colder nights and it's more comfortable than the other inflatable pillows I saw, as the inflatable part is inside the thermal cover. All that said I can only rate it 3 stars as it does loose it's air overnight to a point and then stops. Personally I will live with it as it is comfortable and warm but as one of the more expensive pillows out there it is a pity.
Reviewed by Mike - 9th Sep, 2017 Flat..... It didn't hold its air, and consequently deflated after a minute or so. Not very good quality
