Clip between shoulder blades felt uncomfortable in the shop so opted against this rucksack as I am sure it would be worse when rucksack is full. Shame as all other features looked good.

Feels like it was made to measure for me, super comfy, loads of space, the hip pockets are really useful despite being so small ( hydration tablets and powerbank ). Fantastic value for money.

After occasional use over 8 months the back arched pieces snapped in 3 pieces while on hike. The hook things also always keep getting out while on hike. If not those 2 issues it is a good bag.

It's a cracking bag & Great features. I can't work out what the little buckle that irritates me between my shoulders is for? The back length appears not to be adjustable either despite description.

Light, strong with many features that I have not worked out how best to use for me yet. Thats not a bad thing really because it will take time to learn how best to use this rucksack for my walking trips. It is great value for money, looks the part and hopefully I will get a good few years of use out of it. Time will tell. It might help if there was a guide as to what all the features of it are and how other people have utilised them. Just sayin'

Used this pack nearly every weekend for 2 yrs in all weathers.This despite owning 3 high-end packs. Why? Main compartment's got 2 access points, top + bottom (via unique, long zipped clamshell panel)

I really love this little rucksack that is a perfect hiking companion unless...

...unless it rains. Unfortunately, the cover does not hold water very well. I hope OEX can improve this. Hence 2 stars.

It arrived today, after being purchased online. First impressions are it's a nice size good size storage pockets to the top, underneath the lid and to the front. The extra opening for the main compartment on the front seems a bit pointless on a small daypack, but if youd use it its fine, I wouldnt. My concerns are there's too many straps, the lid clips into straps that on the bottle pockets to either side, it's got a carrier to the base so there's 2 straps, above this is another 2 adjustable straps for the main compartment, 2 more for the main compartment above them. The back mesh likes to pop off and wasn't attached after unpacking (maybe not put on, maybe fell off in transit either way not good). Another concern for myself with OCD is that none of the webbing straps are the same length when tightened to the same point on opposite sides. The plastic back insert wasn't in correctly when it arrived, that is an absolute B*!¤# to get back in, it seems too long and the velcro will not sit flush on the hook and loops regardless of how much wrestling involved. Finally there's too much webbing, it's far too long when set to fit on myself. I'm still undecided if its going back yet or not. I'll think on it for a few days as I've got a hike over the weekend. But I'm not best pleased so far.

Useful rucksack , fits work laptop in when needed. Plenty of sturdy pockets for water bottle.

One of the main requirements of a decent rucksack is that it is comfortable. Sadly when fully loaded, this rucksack does not have enough padding around the waist strap at the back. This means that digs in the tops of hips. This is very unfortunate as apart from that it is perfect! I’m a little annoyed because I was so Close to getting a perfect rucksack! But comfort is essential…

So far so good, the rucksack is comfy and has lots of pockets and space. Haven't tried in the rain yet. The only problem so far was when I took out the plastic which makes the back rigid it was quite difficult to get back in which meant the vented back piece kept coming undone. Once I managed to get it back in it seemed OK though. Overall seems good for the price.

Wicked rucksack and was lucky to catch it in the sale - loads of pockets, great back ventilation system, compression straps and loads of places for carabiners to strap your gear on, especially love the little pouches on the hip straps. So happy with it! Definitely has all the spec of a really expensive rucksack without breaking the bank. Easy 5 stars

Great rucksack, plenty of pockets. Love the very adjustable straps making it easy to get it comfortable. Not had any rain yet so don't know how waterproof it is.

By far the best day pack I have used. Extremely well thought out and well made. Light but strong and room for everything for the day. Most comfortable to carry and has great air flow, keeping my back dry. After walking more than 220,000 miles I now have a pack that is a joy carry. Well done!
