Comfortable chair
3_5 out of 5

Bought this chair just over a year ago. I liked the idea of the locking pin to lock the front and back legs as a previous chair collapsed on me a couple of times. The chair was comfortable and light enough to carry if needed. The arms also gave you that added comfort when holding a rod.
After about 14 months one of the locking pins sprang off without warning. I managed to find part of the pin and spring but another part was lost. After a few weeks chasing to see if it was possible to replace the pin, the team leader at customer services called Jordan managed via the Head of the fishing department to find a replacement part. Excellent customer service. The reason four stars. Because a simple and essential part was difficult to find and replace. Alls well that ends well. Most important is the chair is good and at a reasonable price.

Great chair but!!!
3_5 out of 5

The chair is very comfy and with the addition of locking pins so the legs could not collapse the chair was a perfect reason to purchase.
Just after a year and out of warranty ( Sod’s law) one day while extending the front legs the locking pin sprang off and although I managed to retrieve the pin and spring but the associated black plastic parts that held the pin and spring could not be found. Even after looking intensely for a while there was no sign of them. Contacting Go Outdoors customer service I was informed that there would be very little chance of getting a replacement part.
So beware that the locking pins may suddenly come loose after using a while. This is the reason for four stars. Overall the chair is good but maybe the design of the locking pins needs to be updated, or was I just unlucky.
