CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Really warm and very good as a base layer BUT I am only 5’ 4” and they barely stretched to my ankles.... luckily I had thermal socks too but I have to say slightly disappointing

Excellent value North Ridge Woman's Convect - 200 Merino Pant. bought as a present for my daughter. The gift was to help her outdoor pursuits and lived up to the challenge.
Really warm merino. I’m 5”4”, size 10. S/M size ideal - any longer would get in the way of socks, so length suits well. Also wore them as tights with a dress and boots - v cosy. Highly recommended.
