An aggressive hardtail that's perfect for tearing up the trails in winter, or for those wanting a bike that can handle it all without making the jump to a full suspension mountain bike.

Born from the Bossnut, the Calibre Line 10 is a hardcore hardtail mountain bike that’s designed to be ridden aggressively whilst rewarding the rider with control and confidence.

The long, low and slack geometry combined with wide bar and short stem, give a super balanced riding position that is at home on trail centres or steep tech natural terrain.

Rock Shox Recon forks with a 15mm bolt through handle suspension duties, whilst the tough WTB ST i29 rims and Schwalbe rubber ensure you always have great grip and control.

The addition of the Tranz X dropper post adds to overall performance, letting you drop the saddle for the tech and then raise it up for the climbs.

Brill bike few problems

Had the bike around 5 months and its been perfect. Very smooth ride. The dropper is not brilliant but what can you expect at this price? The spokes seem to loosen with ease but probs the way i ride.

Good bike but some issues with sizing, bars and dropper

Came with a Kore dropper post which is terrible. Have a transx on another bike & so much better. Kore is hard to compress, hard to activate and sluggish. Doesn't seem to have any air adjustment valve!

Very good bike to ride

This bike is a good all rounder however it does have saggy ride quality, the size is very good.

Line 10

Great bike unable to ride it yet. As it was all ready built on show it was the only bike in stock they checked it over for me had PDI when I got home chain came off when I put it 1st gear and jammed in the wheel gears was not set up lined properly Air forks Was not set up for my weight so taken it to a bike shop to be sorted properly apart from that it’s a good bike peddles are cheap on one peddle is hard to take off looks like it’s seized in

Good, could be perfect.

First of all love the bike, couldn't get better for the deal price I paid. Been riding for about 4 months now so I can give a proper opinion.
The good: handling is spot on, sizing is great on the size large I have. Forks are great, wheels seem strong got cheapo hubs though. Most components can't be slated for that price.
The bad: pedals are junk(to be expected), handlebars just felt odd to me not enough sweep or something, just weird. Tyres are WTB not Schwable, front is fine, rear trail boss was awful more like a semi slick and a really weak carcass I ripped that to shreds. Had an issue with brake caliper alignment, the disc had to have spacers to fix, go outdoors sorted that though.
Overall I would recommend, really encourages you to push harder than you ought to on a hardtail.
If you ride in Peaks like I do tubeless with a tyre insert on the rear is essential.

Unbeatable for the money

I don't know how they've managed to put together this bike for the money. It's an absolute bargain. Set the tyres up tubeless ASAP and you'll be laughing all the way to the trail centre. Customer service is tip top too.

Got mine last week and I’ve already taken it out about 10 times, it’s an amazing bike for the money and the dropper is a really good features

Calibre line 10

Very good mountain bike with aggressive geometry a reliable fork and a stable ride. It was assembled with great detail and care and I can’t wait to get back to the trails.

Calibre line 10

The calibre line 10 is one of the best hard tail trail bikes this 50year old has ever owned I've had bikes double the price with half the handling of this amazing bike it really does punch way above its weight, and in younger hands could hold its own with anything on this side of the thousand pound market 10 out of 10

Great bike with a couple of teething niggles

Really good hard tail thats light, efficient and fast but burly enough to deal with the bumpy stuff. The tyre combo works really well to give a grippy but fast rolling ride. The recon fork is nt the plushest, but works really well and has all the adjustment you need. I find the 10 gear system lovely and simple and is enough to get me up anything I want to go up!
Only two teething problems, firstly the stop screw on the derailleur had not been adjusted on my bike, so my gears flew off the end of my cassette and got jammed against the frame the first time I tried a tough climb..took me a good 10 mins to free the chain. Very annoying and just down to poor set up by go outdoors. Second problem was the plastic clips holding the cables to the frame pinged off completely on my second ride. Easily solved by replacing them with cable ties, but if you get one do yourself a favour and fit cable ties straight away! Still fully recommend this bike for the money..and got a further 10% off with camping and caravanning club membership!

Proper

After many years riding off road on non mountain bikes I've finally woken up to what all the fuss is about. This bike inspires confidence, it soaks it all up, stops you, bounces you back on track and leaves you grinning at the bottom. Some things the reviews don't say... Mine came with WTB tires like the picture rather than the blurb. The axle is a maxle stealth so make sure you have the right Allen key on your tool. The deore brakes are amazing but are a sub-deore type that only accepts organic pads. My medium frame has a 'small' sticker but is actually a medium, I'm 5foot 6 and medium is fine for ups, downs and long days. Go Outdoors aren't the slickest bike retailer out there as you have to 'buy' the bike to try it out if it's not in store, this was a challenge as I wanted it on bike to work. Having said that, staff, customer services and the calibre team were understanding and helpful. I can say this bike is ace, the dropper makes it a complete unit that lets you push your limits. Would have liked a more subtle paint work with smaller graphics but that's only minor.

Best hardtail for the money

Picked up my line 10 today and wow what a bike, amazing spec for the money, took it straight from the store to the trails and it is fast and agile with plenty of grip from tyres. Definitely gives a lot of confidence.

Also many thanks to Lee at Taunton who built it perfectly.

Just WOW!

One hell of a bike! Enough said.

an absolute hoot!!!

I have had an absolute blast rattling the local tracks and rocky trails after my friends on their full sussers. No real problem keeping up, just a bit more rough and bouncy, but hey, life is twice as good in double vision as you're blasting down a Peak District rock garden having your fillings shaken loose.
This bike is so confidence inspiring - there is absolutely no need to touch any of the original spec to get started - I love it!!
I never normally bother with these review things, but it simply has to be said:t this bike is the best deal around!

Best bike ever

I've only had this bike for a few months but I have to say it is the best mountain bike I have ever ridden, I cannot fault this bike in any way other than to say that the paint job is a bit on the ugly side but that's what you gonna put up with cos it only comes in the one colour design, you simply cannot get this quality of bike for the price anywhere else than go outdoors, it's amazing !!!

Awesome bike !

I love this bike. It handles so well I hardly use my full-suss. The bike is long with amazing geometry that just makes you want to take it that bit further each time. It's light weight and reliable, and looks quite purty too.

Seat post

The seat post is absolutely terrible I’ve took it back to the shop once already and I’m still having nothing but problems I wouldn’t recommend buying this bike
