Berghaus Women's Supalite II GTX Walking Boots

Desperate for lightweight boots, name implies they are lightweight but they aren't. Met another woman who like me was feeling the weight of the boot before trying on. Please make 'Lite' light!

Excellent Boots very light good for walking and fit well

My last pair gave me many years service. I am sure these will. Hard wearing and totally waterproof.

So far, so good, but not put them to real test yet.
I do have a pair already though which I find very comfy.

Strong, lightweight and very comfortable. They needed no wearing in and feel soft. I would most definitely recommend them.

Excellent sturdy boot without the weight of other brands. Comfortable from the word go. Good grip on the sole.

Had a pair of these years ago and walked the soles through. Hoping these will give great service now with Vibram underfoot. Totally fed up of spending out on Goretex fabric boots only to have them fail after a year or so. They look pretty clunky but that's a price I'm happy to pay for dry, comfy feet. I am UK7 width C. I needed to size up to 8 to get enough toe room. Also gives room to add orthotic insole to the one already in the boot.

My second pair, they are great very light weight. No breaking in required by me.

This boot has replaced a very similar pair that I have had for years and have now worn out. This new boot will I know give a number of years of excellent service.

Love them! Hopefully they last.

Very light weight and comfy

Brilliant! Wore them in on a couple of short dog walks but there really was no need to do this as the leather was so soft and supple very comfortable and light boots.wouod def. Recommended.

Took no wearing in at all. Light as a feather; love them!!

Absolutely agony.... I’ve had them for 3 weeks and still not better!!.. if I’d not worn them I’d defiantly exchange for another (different) boot.

Excellent fit and comfortable

Got the same size boot as I would normally buy and they are an amazing fit so comfortable and I have wide feet: They are very stylish, very well lined for comfort; soft leather, light and waterproof.

I’m 66 and all my joints ache! However, these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. My feet don’t overheat. My ankles are well supported. My joints don’t hurt. I could wear them aIl day!

I delighted with these boots. The leather and lining are so soft and pliable I was able to do a 7 mile walk the first day I wore them. Unlike many walking boots they are light-weight.

These have been my go-to boots for decades but this is the first time I've bought them since they were taken over by Bergahus. While they look similar, they are nowhere near as comfortable and in fact after walking just three miles I was in agony as the ridge of the cuff on the inside of the boot (who needs one there?) was pressing against my ankle bones. I cannot wear them at all so a total waste of money. Very sad.

Best boots I have found. No need to 'break in', extremely comfortable straight away. No seams so no leaks. Good padding around ankle and cuff area. My last pair I wore every day for over 2 years in my outdoor job and are still going but just a little tired. Would definately reommend

Bought for me for Christmas 2016.
Normally size 4 but these are size 5.
Tried on in the shops with my hiking socks on.
After trying 5 pairs of different makes I kept going back to the Bergaus superlite boots.
Fit like a glove - can hardly tell they're on.
I walked 20 miles over the holidays in the lakes on rough terrain and muddy fields, slippery slopes and coastal pathways in chilly sub- zero and breezy conditions.
They are fabulous - no leaks or blisters.
Clean with a damp cloth and polish.
Would highly recommend.
