An adjustable and comfortable large capacity pack.
The Osprey Rook 65 features a highly-adjustable ventilated backsystem, using AirSpeed suspended mesh over a large airflow cavity. This allows the body to sink into the hipbelt and lumbar area of the pack, greatly improving overall comfort and providing a very stable and supportive load-carry.
The torso length adjustment is very intuitive, with an innovative ladder-lock system so the pack can be quickly and easily adjusted to fit perfectly. To fit a wider variety of torso-lengths, these packs come complete with dual load-lifter points on the upper frame, ensuring that the harness will remain comfortable in whichever position it’s placed.
A large, highly padded hipbelt provides a very comfortable fit and helps you to carry heavier loads.
The pack has a full range of features to make as practical as it is comfortable.

SQUEAKING FRAME NEEDS A FIX
While the quality of the bag is amazing,the irritating squeak the frame made pretty much ruined my first wild camping trip. Tried every adjustment possible and still there the squeak remained.
Good for DofE
Used by our son for DofE expedition. Fitted all his gear comfortably, including 3 man tent in the bottom straps. Was light and adjusted well to fit on his back. Better than the Vango product.
I’ve tried a few different bags and this is my favourite by a long shot. Stays off your back while still feeling close enough to not shift your balance and the pockets on the hips are a bonus. Awesome
