Berghaus TwentyFourSeven Plus 30 Daysack

I always go for Berghaus rucksacks
I have always been happy with them but the description clearly states there is a zipped intermal compartment, there isn't. Very useful on my old one.

Spacious bag fits so much in. Easy to organise what you are carrying. Comfortable at any weight. Great for any kind of activity, certainly suitable for climbing as can carry the required gear and then some! Excellent price from Go Outdoors.

hubby bought this to use for a long flight..it's fairly lightweight and spacious without being bulky. He likes Berghaus so that swayed him a bit. Shame we bought it when it wasn't on sale!

A comfortable large rucksack with handy compartments, excellent value

This rucksack worked ideally for a wildlife holiday. Plus useful size for carry on luggage for the flight, including plenty of space for my laptop. Comfortable straps and added security of chest strap. Good compartments for picnic and water bottle, sun hat, over trousers and walking poles. Prepared for all weathers!

I already have the smaller. 'TwentyFourSeven 25' which now carries just my gym kit. I bought the larger '35' size because of good experience with the first, and I wanted a separate compartment for items I need quick access to. The large compartment carries thermos flask, packed lunch, sitting pad, and any rain gear, etc. Also large enough for a sweater. What I really like is the cargo net on the outside, just right for my ultra light insulated jacket which can be squashed up. The loops for collapsing walking poles are useful, too, not to mention pockets for a water bottle and anything loose like a sunglasses case. I try not to carry a lot of weight on my back and I don't need a waist strap. The fastening across the chest keeps the bag stable and with wide shoulder straps I find the bag comfortable to wear on a medium distance country walk. This is a very practical, well designed and quality made ruck sack.

This ticks all the boxes , 30lt day pack you can get your water proofs, sardines, flask, hydro system and your ,jumper in it all you need for a 30k hill walk and it's lite 500g compared to a 30it rucksack in at 1·5kg empty do you want to carry 1kg around for 30k ?

After several rucksacks, chosen by my daughter for their looks rather than their strength and design, fell apart under the strain of too many files and books, we finally persuaded her to try a rucksack made by a serious equipment manufacturer. She too is now convinced, and thinks the Berghaus is very good.

Quality rucksack, laptop fits perfect inside too.
