This high performing Waterproofing Wax for Leather is water based and can be applied to your leather walking boots whether wet or dry. Containing protective conditioning agents, this wax paste will maintain breathability and keep your boots in top condition for longer.
It’s a fast acting paste which adds water repellency while reducing water absorption and maintaining breathability. It revives the leather's appearance, maintains the supple feeling and enhances the shine on your boot.

nikwax waterproofing wax/leather
Seems to work well, but allowed the leather to stretch as it softened. makin the boots i tried it on loose. I'm not sure if this is down to the leather itself or the wax, but it did waterproof them.

Work tube before you apply, use a toothbrush to brush in. Has kept my heavyweight Scarpas waterproof for more than 10 years, but I do apply after every serious walk.
