Great for the lone walker or pair of backpackers, the Trangia storm-proof stove system comprises two windshields that fit together, a burner, a couple of pans, a combined lid/frypan, and a handle.
The 27-1 UL Cook Set comprises two saucepans (1 graduated, 1 ungraduated), an 18cm combined lid/frying pan, a grip pot handle, windshields and a small, compact stove that takes up minimal room in the rucksack.
When packed using the strap, it makes for a compact and convenient kit that won't get in the way.
Here too, large billies can be placed on the raised supports in the upper windshield.
The stoves are extremely lightweight and hardwearing, and need no special care. The Trangia stove is reliable, without unnecessary parts that can go wrong or be adversely affected by cold. The stove is quick to set up, and packs into a compact unit that takes up minimal space.
The Trangia burner is an ingenious original product, often copied but never bettered. The silent burner has a simple, durable and safe design, easy to light whatever the weather.The simmer ring is used to regulate the heat, which saves fuel, and is used to extinguish the flame.

Great system - best with gas
Trangia 27 or 25 sets are classics. Light, neat, stable and windproof. Add GO Systems Adapt gas burner (cheaper and better than Trangia's AND can burn liquid) and chuck the smelly, slow, awkward meths

So simple, it’s brilliant!
I love this kit. A little sooty until I was advised to run a 10% water 90% spirit mix. Now although the is not soot free, it is considerably better.

Trangia stove
I’ve been using Trangia since the 1980, it’s so easy to use, I’ve used it in the Cheviots, whernside and at 3,024 camping on the side of Lochnagar, YouTube channel Paul Walks / paul David Murray

Now My Go Too Stove
I've been Wild Camping for years and have always been geared towards a gas stove.
I then discovered the Trangia 27. Such a reliable form of cooking, I can cook a wide variety of meals.

Triangia stove
Even though I am now a retired person I have just this year bought trianga Mehta stove it is absolutely fantastic I would not go back to any other stove now ,I wish I had one of these stoves a long time ago every one who does any form of camping it should be right on top of their to get list

Best Stove Ever
No moving parts, screws, seals, pipes or connectors so absolutely nothing to go wrong, these are absolutely bomb proof and will easily last you a lifetime. They are pretty much indestructible.
Trangia's will operate in ANY weather conditions including gale force winds, extreme sub zero temperatures and high altitude.
The only downside is they're obviously not as fast as a Jetboil, heat regulation is a bit fiddly and the sturdiness adds a few extra grammes. However these are minor considerations if you need a stove that is utterly dependable in any circumstances. Methylated spirit is available pretty much anywhere in the World too.
