Absolutely rubbish

Poles snapped & shattered when wind got to it.

Buy Coleman not this crap

Bought this to use for a specific weekend away. 3 poles shattered the first time it was ever used. Go outdoors are charging me per pole to fix. Don't bother with this, go for a Coleman instead

Poor Quality

Bought in March this year. Third time of use this weekend and the poles snapped. Will be returning for a refund.

Nice design, terrible poles

Used twice, three broken poles over the two. Warranty doesn’t cover poles = essentially a pain in the backside or waste of money depending on your point of view….

Great shelter but tricky to put up

Pros- 100% waterproof for the last 3 month its been up. Comes with doors with flymesh built in the top.
Cons- at first very tight to put up. Take your time lay flat zip up doors, relax tension straps.

Terrible construction pole snapped first time out

First time putting up this weekend tension so high in the poles two have snapped, serious hazard. Never experienced anything as bad on first use before !!

Superb as a garden motorbike workshop

Excellent bit of kit. Needed more room to work on my motorbike: Suzuki 900. Erected it myself. It coped with all conditions for 4 months from August 22 . Material is tight but gets better. Excellent.

Poor assembly and design

A constant battle to put together, the poles seem too long for the shelter and it’s a huge strain getting it all to fit. On the second assembly a pole snapped… More complicated than it needs to be!

Very good for the price

Easy to erect with two people. Good enough to sleep in, waterproof in Scottish deluges! Like some say, a bit tight; don't use the tension straps for panels you open/close. Unbeatable at member price.

GOOD SHELTER

Put the shelter up in the garden to test before taking on our next trip, surprised at how big it is. I had read the reviews so knew to loosen the straps and it went up easily

Good gazebo, but be careful assembling due to tight fit!

My advice is:
Loosen the tensioners on each corner first to avoid excess tension and snapping poles.

Do side panel zips up before doing pegs and guylines to avoid excess tention and breaking zips.

Mine's been great!

Had lots of use out of it & its solid! It withstands strong winds & its great for directing a draft when hot. Unfortunately its now become weak on the roof & ripped :( I have had circa 10 wks use

Construction issues

Material good apart from “ Carrabenas” . Poles fine .
Instructions poor and need to tell you to loosen straps with buckles before constructing.
Everything a little too tight .
Nice once up if you can!

Poles snapped on first use

Bought in the sale last year, used it for the first time this weekend and the pole snapped when I was trying to put it up. Will be requesting a refund.

Instructions miss a vital step!

Like other reviewers we struggled to get this set up as there was excessive tightness on the canopy. However on reviewing the structure we located the adjusters, which all started out at max tightness

3.12 out of 5

Poor assembly instructions

Good shelter overall with doors included. However as previous reviewers have noted instructions are poor and it isn't initially apparent to release tensioner straps at each corner to assemble easily

Terrible Shelter

Awful shelter, do not purchase. Nightmare to put up. Material too tight. Not able to zip up. Two poles snapped. Pole snapped on a previous trip and had to be replaced. Will be getting a refund!

Instructions don’t explain

Our poles snapped on the first one but then realised in each corner there are straps that need to be loosened to be able to put up, this should be mentioned in the instructions. Takes 10 mins now.

Perfect addition to family camping kit

Easy to put up without having the same issues as other reviewers (broken poles).
No need to buy side panels as they are included.
Good space and waterproof.
Would recommend

Poor Design

As a great many have said in reviews here the poles are prone to snapping. I feel this is bad design on the part of Eurohike as the poles appear to be too long and as suuch make everything too tight
