HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.

Bought this from Stoke branch for my wife to use. We tested it right away by walking in a proper British rain shower and it survived. We are looking forward to use it on a trekking weekend. Use a mid-layer since it’s thin to warm you up.
