Those keen to buy tents before they head to Glastonbury may note their visit could add to a piece of history being made by headline band U2.

A record held by the Rolling Stones for the highest grossing tour in terms of ticket sales has been smashed by the Irish group, which includes gigs in 40 cities around the world.

The 360 degrees tour has brought in £341 million already and will continue until July, including the Glastonbury appearance on June 24th.

Fans keen to enjoy U2 and other headline acts such as Coldplay and Beyonce may wish to invest in some cosy sleeping bags to make their stay more comfortable.

Those who are keen to do this but still haven't found what they are looking for may wish to check out the Go Outdoors website.

U2 were set to play at the Somerset venue last year, but had to cancel after Bono injured his back and needed surgery.
