The Green Man Festival has unveiled details of the comedians who will be adding some laughter to the music on offer in August.

Based around the pub of the same name, the event takes place in the Brecon Beacons over the weekend of August 19th to 21st and those heading there with their tents will be able to enjoy the likes of Radio 4 comedy slot stars Tom Wrigglesworth, Ben Clark and Tom Parry.

And others lined-up to stand up include Tony Law, Trevor Lock, Gary Delaney and Alister Barrie, with around 50 acts in total.

Earlier today (June 15th), festival organisers tweeted: "Top stand-up comedy at Green Man 2011!!"

Those planning to attend the event may wish to invest in some cosy sleeping bags, as the late-summer nights may not be as warm as those in June and July, particularly as the sun will set earlier.

Musical acts featured in the festival include the likes of Noah and the Whale, Horse Meat Disco and James Blake.
