Chocolate Chia Pudding


  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups of almond and dark chocolate milk or chocolate soya milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Handful of raspberries (optional)
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)


Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix immediately.

Pour the mixture into the glasses / jars and leave to set for two hours.

When you are ready to serve, sprinkle the raspberries and desiccated coconut on top.
