Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet.
Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Fit like a glove
After looking everywhere for a trail shoe I am delighted with these lightweight, comfortable shoes. I have a wide foot and these fit very well. I was also carrying an injury when trying them but they were still comfortable. They gave me a good grip on grass and will be tested on cross country this weekend.
Brilliant trail trainer
After having a few pairs of Solomon I thought I'd give these a try and am pleased i did, the are lightweight and perfect for wide feet, the grip is of course brilliant and they dry out quickly after a wet muddy run.
Excellent for the park run
I brought these for the Saturday park but also excellent for bike riding!
Awesome shoes
These shoes are light, flexible, and fit like a glove. I couldn't run before I put these shoes on. As soon as I did it felt like I was walking on air. My feet became restless, so off I went, springing effortlessly through the park like a 5k veteran. I didn't want to take them off but my husband has a 'no shoes in bed' rule. I wish I could wear them to work too. Best shoes ever!
Outstanding go-anywhere shoe
I bought these in preparation for a trip to Canada, where I'd be doing a lot of hiking. They have been an outstanding buy - lightweight, cooling, and durable. They've seen me up half a dozen mountains in the last week, and have tackled everything thrown at them with ease. Highly recommended!

These trail shoes are so comfy, you won't want to take them off. They are so light and very well cushioned soles. Using them for walking at the moment. Great shoe!

First time out in wet weather my socks and feet were soaking after the first few minutes. After an hour I was wringing my socks out. Comfortable bit only suitable for use in the dry.
