Key features
The Men’s Kintra Down Jacket has a zoned stitch through baffle construction, ensuring warmth is maintained in core areas while unnecessary bulk and weight are reduced on the side panels. The mini baffle construction offers a comfortable fit for freedom of movement and helps to regulate body temperature. This produces a jacket which is both incredibly warm, yet lightweight and highly packable.
The jacket is filled with 90/10 700-fill power duck down for unbeatable warmth when the temperature drops. Synthetic insulation fill is used on the front collar, an area susceptible to moisture penetrating through, so you’ll be protected no matter the weather. The outer is coated in a PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR) finish for protection against drizzles and splashes.
Featuring an adjustable hood with a deep collar and stiffened, wired peak which offers a superior barrier against the cold and an adjustable hem for locking in the heat. There are two zipped hand pockets and one zipped chest pocket for safely stashing essentials close by. The Kintra jacket works great within a layering system or on its own allowing excellent freedom of movement at the shoulders and sleeves making it suitable for activities such as scrambling.

Warm, comfortable casual jacket
Warm, light and comfortable but best as a casual jacket in dry weather, rather than for anything energetic. Down seems to be easily affected by perspiration or slightly damp conditions. Good price.

Excellent jacket
I purchased this a few months ago and very happy with it, light and very warm.
Previously had a Rab jacket and the quality of this is far better at a fraction of the price.

A Warm jacket and perfect as part of a layering system
A winter hiking jacket that's well made with adjustable elastic at the bottom and around the hood to keep the cold out. The 700 down filling means superior warmth compared to synthetic filled jackets.

Feathers
Lovely warm Jacket but I am almost constantly finding tiny Feathers in my house and inside the car, eventually this very warm Jacket will no longer be that warm I fear.

Warm Jacket
This is a good shape and the yellow lining makes it. It is a warm jacket - I have had to revise the number of layers I use when comparing it to my old well used jacket.

Weak against wind and lower temperatures.
Light and roomy shoulder cut. Does not keep cold out. Whilst the filling is effectively insulating, the outer material seems to allow cold to creep in. More autumn use than in a colder winter temp'.

Very warm and snug
Great jacket. I have another down by a big name but this jacket leaves it standing for warmth. The pockets are lined with a warm soft material and the neck line keeps the neck area very warm too

Superb Very Warm Down Jacket
Was looking at more known brands like Rab, Montaine but a lot of these are only 600 fill and £50 - £70 more. This Kintra jacket 700 fill and I’ve never had OEX gear let me down love this jacket

Cotton work shirt and this in -1c is plenty warm waiting at the station for 15 mins. Another layer and could do colder/longer. No drafts/keeps wind out. Drizzle proof only but expected that.
