Nice jacket but issues with the zip
This is a nice jacket it's warm and is indeed waterproof.but as another reviewer has mentioned there's an issue with the zips as mine also sticks and sometimes comes apart. I bought the black one.

Poor quality zip
This is a half decent jacket spoiled by cheap zips. The main zip regularly sticks or splits open when fastened. Have had some good stuff from Berghaus in the past but this is disappointing.

I have been out in this for hours on end in absolutely torrential rain and it has not let a single drop in. I have more expensive jackets that have not performed even half as good as this one.
