The first go at getting my order to me saw me get a used pivot pin in a longer plastic envelope but with the right sticker on it for what i had ordered. Mix ups happen but iwaz definitely used - the Allen bolt slot in one end had been chewed by having an Allen key in it bit bizarre.

I went into your store in.....Wolverhampton or Walsall ...the guy there was great, sorted it out straight away, the systems he had didn't seem to be helping him but he was a good ambassador for you.
