Bought this online to use whilst fishing and plugged it in for its initial charge and not hinging happened. The unit just wouldn’t charge? I took to the Taunton store for a refund and 9 days later still no refund? All because I paid by PayPal? All I’ve got is a scrap of passer with my name, order number and date on??? Personally I feel this is unacceptable!
