Pictures show reel as left hand side with line counter. When item was delivered it was right hand side with no line counter. Eventually got a refund but when I went to the store to try swape it for the right one, staff wasn't interested in sorting issue. Just processed refund and said if its not on shelves we don't have it, not caring for website error or customer. Poor effort, poor scoring. I'm using this store less and less.
