Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

I don't think I've bought a pair that haven't been faulty! These one's melted in a low heat dryer while the other two pairs of walking trousers from different retailers were perfect, I'd avoid these!!
This is my second...
This is my second pair of RAB walking trousers. The first pair are excellent except for the built in belt that is not strong enough under strenuous movement. There are no belt loops and for this reason I bought a second pair of similar RAB trousers. These are OK but the website did not give measurements only S M L XL etc. The trouser waist measurement is on one of the labels so I am not sure why this detail should be excluded from the website. I am long in the leg but I had to get the trousers shortened. There are also no rear pockets. The materials are good and have performed well in the rain.

I love these trousers in every way but sadly the inner lining which is comfy and wears through to thread bare quite quickly whilst the remaining trouser is like new. I’m a 32” waist 72kg 183cm
