About 4 issues including being told I would be refunded less than I paid because your colleagues can’t work out percentages when a discount code is used, and also me accepting a £150 fishing rod in damaged condition because I don’t want to deal with your returns procedure and would rather not have any more to do with you. Wouldn’t recommend, but the opposite. After being told on two occasions a manager would call me back, nothings happened. Issues don’t get resolved, the customer is just expected to accept their loss. This particular product is not as pictured, and the description is wrong. Go outdoors will probably reply to this stating that they have ‘emailed me to resolve this issue’ but they won’t, because they didn’t to the last two bad feedbacks I left!! Just proves what a terrible company you are!!!! Ps, I am still waiting for 2 phone calls from management, been waiting weeks now!!!
