Great tent, fast inflation, take care with bedrooms as the bedroom hangers are too tight and they rip the bedroom.. Fully weatherproof keep inner roof ventilated to prevent discoloration.
We’ve used this tent multiple times with our young family. It’s great. Easy to put up (I do it myself) and is mostly very watertight - we had a few drips from small corner seams in torrential weather.
Poles didn’t stay in place and twisted so not enough tension against rain. When it didn’t rain outside condensation inside dripped all over us. Storm poles useless for keeping tension. Doesn’t fit bag
We took it for 4 days of rainy Cornish camping.
It went up very easily and kept the weather off us. We had the tent straight and all guy lines/storm straps/storm poles installed.
Major condensation gathers at the bottoms of the poles due to the difference in pressure, which gets soaked up by the carpet. Ours had a finger sized hole in one window and a busted zip. Bad QC.
Our first weekend away, Seams leaked, Air tube popped on a sunny day, front door doesnt completely seal, anything can crawl in in the night, My old frame tent was better!!!
Second time using our tent camping and first time tent subjected to rain and seams along the roof leaked in several places. Seams on inner tent ripped and airbeam swelled up during heat.
The tent all in all is a great tent, plenty of room and front porch a bonus, however the stitching on inner sleeping area poorly made and ripped after first pitch, could do with pressure gauge on pump
Have to say I'm impressed. Rained most of the weekend and we were dry throughout. Easy to pitch and had to pack it away myself which didn't take long. Considering the price great tent.
First try at an air tent and really disappointed. Rear airbeams collapsed multiple times in mild wind, stitching ripped. Couldn't keep it upright. Returned to store as dangerous for our child inside.
Our first time ever camping experience, hubby watched many YouTube videos.Put it up virtually himself andd did it easily, I carried the tent pegs
Truly awful
Pros:
1. None
Cons:
1. Massively heavy compared to other air tents. It's a 2 man lift
2. So heavy that it's hard to handle on the ground
3. Air beam sleeves leak like a sieves
Had 18-months and been on many camping trips, which all went well. Zip failed on rear air tube tunnel causing tube to balloon between bedroom & tent. Flawed design. Huge when packed. Air not for me.
Easily pitched, nightfall rooms are great, nice and spacious for 4. Recommend adding the footprint as this helps setting up and protects the groundsheet from getting mucky.
Negatives: heavy!
Bought this tent last month and after first use noticed a flaw in the material next to the side door by the bedroom compartment, returned back to store. Ruined a good sized tent.
We had blown air tube which was easy to replace using the spare one included with the tent. However we have a problem sourcing a spare as continually out of stock. Not confident using without a spare.
2nd air tent. Initially impressed with value for money but overall disappointed. 1 air pole constantly kinks, rain collects on roof and water pools inside as travels down air pole material.
This is my first air tent. It is easy and quick to put up. Stood well in windy conditions and kept the rain out vents stop condensation. Have used it 5 times this year with no problems. M
This is my first air tent and I am very happy with it. It is easy. It is so easy to put up and take down and so far have not had a single issue with it. The side window is useful for cooking.
Happy
First use in rain resulted in puddle under one of the beams. The bedrooms hang too tightly from the hangers and that tension results in the elasticated suspenders tearing away from the bedroom.
