A super-light, ultra-sensitive shoe for bouldering and sport climbing.

Scarpa Booster S climbing shoes have a one-third length Vibram sole, making them a flexible shoe that allows more natural movement through overhanging, thin routes. Their Tri-tension rand enhances powerful movements through dynamic problems by concentrating the strength of the foot through an asymmetrical support ribbon; driving energy to the forefoot.

An extremely sensitive, flexible shoe ideal for moving fast over technical, steep and overhanging rock.

VIBRAM® XS Grip2 represents the natural evolution of VIBRAM® XS Grip, the compound used by many bouldering and difficulty world championship winners in the last 3 years.
Tri Tension Simply, it holds the foot from below like a big hand and acts like a power transfer from the toes to the heel

Men's Scarpa Footwear Size Guide

Scarpa footwear is made in European sizes, which allows for a more accurate fit as the 'gaps' between sizes are smaller. Each European size is roughly 3/4 of a UK size.

As with all walking footwear, we advise moving up a size from your normal shoe size to allow room for thicker socks and for your feet to expand during a long walk. If you fall between sizes you should always go for the larger size.

We have trained footwear advisors in all of our stores - if you have trouble finding the right boot for you please pay us a visit and we'll be happy to help. You can also find out more about choosing, fitting and caring for walking footwear in our online Footwear Buying Guide.

A nice lightweight boot. Very flexible, bed in quickly

At first one of the boots was very uncomfortable on my big toe, but my feet have a big variance in length so I expected this. After they've worn in a bit (only took a few sessions in warm weather, maybe that's the split sole making it happen quicker) the flex makes them surprisingly comfortable for standing and walking in between climbs but the still feel solid when on the rock. They are a little trickier to get on than my last boots but that makes them feel more stable and give a snugger fit ince on. My one issue is that the heel cup seems overly large and sags a bit in my foot but I think that's just how Scarpa design their boots and would suit a different foot shape better. I bought these on sale and am very happy with them for the price however if they had been full price I probably would have gone for a different brand and tried more models before buying.
