Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Not waterproof
After wearing these shoes only a handful of times walking in wet grass my feet were completely soaked inside. I bought them purposely as they are advertised as waterproof. Returning them just beyond the 30 days notice Go Outdoors refused a full refund so have exchanged them for a more expensive brand and hope that these will do better.
I use these shoes all year round for gardening and dog walking, so I need them to be waterproof. I bought them just over a year ago. At first (winter), they were waterproof, but this autumn and winter my feet are soaked as soon as I walk on wet grass. The waterproof lining has obviously broken down somehow. The shoes are still in good condition so I would expect them to stay waterproof for the duration of their useful life. I will be returning them as unfit for purpose.
