1st outing with newly bought rucksack, packed, ready to travel. Pulled bag out of car at railway station and one strap broke, or to be more precise the limited stitching pulled apart. Had to carry a fully loaded backpack with only one shoulder strap, now my lower back is so bad may need to also claim medical expenses. Awful product.

Do not buy
The backpack had been used it once and a seam split. The store replaced it.
The second one has been used twice a seam on big bag and small bag split and clip snapped.
Luckily I have not lost anything out of the bag.
It is out of warranty so the Go Outdoors wont do anything except to get it repaired for a small charge. Why they think I would want to spend any money on such a poor product to have it split again is beyond me.
Steer clear of it and save yourself some money.

Break after a few months
Brought this to travel around the world with......don't bother.
After 3 months the waist buckle snapped one one and in the 4th month the buckles on the small rucksack have snapped too. We've been looking after them and so now we aee stuck in the middle of Africa with 2 semi-broken rucksacks.
I'm sure they're fine for a month or two of backpacking, but if you are aiming for any longer spend the extra few quid and get a better quality bag.
One good thing: you can zip the straps into the bag for long haul, but that's about it...

Great and useful
A great price for a travel rucksack, perfect for backpacking and versatile travel - I bought it for my gap year as I needed a bag I could carry comfortably (this has well built comfortable straps just like a hiking rucksack ) but also roomy and easy to pack in. The detachable day bag is an extra perk, and the zip away straps are a must for air travel!
