Coupling modern styling with full cold weather protection, the North Ridge Meltwater Insulated Jacket uses Dewpoint waterproof fabric to keep the rain out, with good breathability that keeps you comfortable whatever the weather.
The Meltwater Jacket sports a roll-away hood for easy access to protection from any sudden downpours, while a hem drawcord can help seal in heat and keep out draughts. There are 2 large zipped pockets for storing essentials and adjustable hook and loop cuffs to get a personal fit. The collar is lined with Tricot to reduce rubbing and give a luxury feeling around your neck.

Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Collar: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
Chest: Measure the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms.
Waist: Measure the natural waistline.
Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch to where your trouser is normally worn on the shoe.
Jacket Length: Measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. Then length measurement will vary depending on the style.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.

I love this jacket. It's so comfortable and warm. It is waterproof with no beathability problems. I would like the dark coloured one too!

I am very pleased with this jacket. It does what is says on the label. It's warm, wind proof and breathable. It feels light and good to wear for my hill walking.
lightweight and durable
I haven't worn this jacket in the depth of winter yet, just in the spring. Its certainly waterproof, windproof and very snug, without too much weight or bulkiness. Plus it has a nice length in the body so it doesn't bunch up when you sit down. The added velcro on the cuffs and front opening helps to windproof it, but can scratch your skin occasionally. The hood folds neatly into the collar. Great value for money.
Northridge melwater jacket
I am very pleased with this jacket. Being small it is not too lont in the arms and body. This could be a problem for someone taller. It is very warm and comfortable. Haven't yet tested it in heavy rain.
Not recommend it
Bought this yesterday & after an hours walk down a windy beach I came home absolutely lathered in sweat - It has no "breathability" to it whats so ever. Really disappointed
I love the warmth of this coat it keeps me really dry when I take the dog out and has been through the heavy rain and snow lately. The teal is nice coloured I'm thinking about the grey as well! It's a good length as well. Fab!
